Access control
Team members receive the minimum access required for their role. Access is granted on assignment, reviewed periodically and revoked promptly when an assignment ends.
Secure delivery environment
Work is performed in managed delivery environments with defined device, network and workspace controls appropriate to the sensitivity of the process.
Confidentiality and training
All personnel sign confidentiality agreements and complete data-handling training relevant to the client programs they support, including additional training where privacy-sensitive processes are involved.
Client-specific requirements
Where a client operates under specific regulatory or contractual obligations, controls are documented and agreed as part of the engagement before work begins.
